LOCAL LOVE: Trolley Coffee Company in Trolley Square!

There's a new coffee shop in Salt Lake City, and it's a family affair. Lex Jardine, just 23, opened Trolley Coffee Company with her dad, Mike Jardine, who many of you know from Burger Fusion right there in Trolley Square. Lex created the menu, the look, and the cozy vibe herself.

The menu has all the classics, plus signature lattes inspired by Lex's favorite states. Try the Boise Berry Latte for Idaho or the Home Sweet Home for our Utah. Through October, the fall menu includes The Cozy Cauldron, a butterbeer chai with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. And every week, Lex's sister bakes a new dessert.
