That's where I fell in love with the real estate market. I ended up doing that with 2 more properties and I realized this is the industry I want to dedicate myself to. While I still look out for an occasional "flip" for myself, my career is built around providing excellent client service and making sure that everyone involved in the transaction feels like it is a win/win scenario.
