The Pentalon team officially received the project’s Certificate of Occupancy—106 days ahead of the contract completion date.⁠
⁠
This accomplishment reflects the hard work, coordination, and professionalism of everyone involved, including our project team, trade partners, engineers, inspectors, suppliers, city personnel, and field crews.⁠

Most importantly, we delivered a successful project and a highly satisfied owner. Results like these strengthen relationships, build trust, and demonstrate what’s possible when a great team works toward a shared goal.⁠

🎒✨ We're on a mission to make a difference, and we need your help! Our 2026 Backpack Giveback campaign has already reached 74% of our goal, but we can't do it alone. We’re committed to supporting members of our community who face challenges such as homelessness, addiction, and mental illness. ⁠

Each backpack, costing $55, is filled with age- and gender-appropriate hygiene kits and other seasonal essentials to meet basic needs that are often unmet.⁠
