Gross rents for the 1-bedrooms are $496-$993, 2-bedrooms are $596-$1,192, 3-bedrooms are $689-$1,378, and 4-bedrooms are $768-$1,537.
These rents are set annually by HUD, and represent Gross Rents, Pre-Utility Allowance. These are LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) units, which is why the rental costs are income dependent and have a range. LIHTC housing has federal income restrictions and tenants must income qualify. Current gross income restrictions for household size are:
1 Person Household: $22,260 - $40,810
2 Person Household: $25,440 - $46,640
3 Person Household: $28,620 - $52,470
4 Person Household: $31,800 - $58,300
These income restrictions are set annually by HUD.
