🍸 Draper – Espresso Martini
Looks expensive. Talks about “performance.” Owns a Peloton. Draper is ambitious suburb energy. Close to the mountains, close to Silicon Slopes, full of people optimizing their sleep scores. It’s classy… but it definitely tracks its macros.

🥃 Sandy – Old Fashioned
Stable. Reliable. Been around forever.
Sandy doesn’t need hype. It has foothill homes, freeway access, and zero interest in reinventing itself.
It pays its mortgage on time and judges your refinance rate.

💧Riverton – Light Beer
Backyard trampoline. Costco run. HOA newsletter drama.
Riverton is peak suburban consistency. Nothing wild. Nothing risky. Just solid cul-de-sac energy.
You know exactly what you’re getting.

🍷 South Jordan – Rosé
Instagram-ready. Walkable lake. Coordinated patio furniture. Especially in Daybreak, South Jordan feels curated. Like someone mood-boarded the entire neighborhood. It’s polished. It hosts book club. It has opinions about throw pillows.

🥤Herriman – Hard Seltzer
New build. Big garage. Still waiting on landscaping.
Herriman is growing faster than your property tax estimate. Construction everywhere. Everyone moved in last Tuesday. It’s fresh. It’s expanding. It’s slightly dusty.

🧃Bluffdale – Craft Cider
Low-key rural but also not rural.

🍹Millcreek – Craft Cocktail
Local. Eclectic. Thinks chain restaurants are suspicious.
Millcreek has personality. Older homes, remodel projects, east-side pride. It’s not trying to be Draper. And that’s the point.

March is a castle; They’re strong, intense, and a little intimidating. They are definitely plotting something. 🏰

April is an island villa; They look chill, they’re all about aesthetic Instagram vibes, but are secretly judging everyone doing cannonballs. 🏖️

May is a lean-to of driftwood; Floating somewhere between genius and dumpster fire, yet somehow ending up exactly where they want to be while you panic. 🌴

June is an expensive yacht; Glamorous, exhausting, and secretly hoping someone falls overboard so they can feel superior. ⚓️

July is an island shack: Everyone is jealous they live on the beach until they realize this birth month occasionally screams at coconuts for no reason and they have been chafing since 1993. 🏄‍♂️
