Our marketing team is honored to receive the SMPS Utah Cornerstone Award in the Event/Holiday Piece category for our yearly calendar. The calendar is a marketing piece we have shared with clients since 2016, showcasing projects we have accomplished together, while embodying our brand. This recognition is a testament to our team’s creativity, hard work, and the power of collaboration in our studio. Celebrating alongside inspiring marketers and witnessing their outstanding achievements made the event truly memorable. The best part of our job is witnessing the celebration of a project and seeing people use the space as we intended—or even in unexpected, creative ways. It's rewarding to watch the community embrace the space and make it their own.

This summer, our team is pleased to welcome two intern students from Utah State University to our office!

Callie is passionate about working with the natural environment. With a combination of creative talent and analytical thinking, she believes that landscape architecture is the perfect field for her to contribute to environmental improvement and community development. Callie was drawn to MGB+A because of our mission to create positive human spaces and experiences through design.

Eli enjoys spending time outdoors and discovered his passion for design while landscaping for his neighbors. He appreciates both the creative expression and problem-solving aspects of landscape architecture. After visiting MGB+A on a field trip, Eli was impressed by our team’s portfolio and felt that our office would be an ideal fit for his summer internship.

It has been a pleasure having and .r.woodward with us this summer. It will be bittersweet to say goodbye in a couple of weeks as they head back to school. We feel fortunate that they chose MGB+A Studio for their internship and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.

This summer has been quite busy at MGB+A, so last week we decided to take a break to relax by the water, enjoy delicious food, and spend quality time together outside of the office. Our summer party at Deer Creek Reservoir was a fantastic experience! We have photos to prove it.

If you are in the area, we recommend checking out the Rainbow Bay Aqua Park, especially the zip lines that run across the bay.

Rainbow Bay Aqua Park offers water toy rentals, zipline tours, and an inflatable water park!

Also, when playing in the water, it's advisable to avoid bringing your cell phone unless it's in a waterproof case.
