Sugarmont is a 341 unit luxury multifamily property developed in the heart of Sugar House by Cottonwood Residential, a private REIT based here in Utah. This transaction represents the largest sale in Utah multifamily in almost 5 years, and is the first direct acquisition by a publicly traded REIT in the Utah market. We extend our sincere congratulations to Regent Properties on their successful acquisition of the Salt Flats Apartments in Salt Lake City. We are thrilled to see the continued focus and commitment of Sam Kraus, Patrick Devitt, Bradley McComas, and the entire Regent team in the Utah market.

Their determination was put to the test through one of the most complex and challenging CMBS loan assumptions our team has encountered in over two decades.
