Salt Lake City just took a major step toward becoming a global aviation hub. Delta Air Lines announced an order of 30 new Boeing 787 Dreamliners — and critical components for these jets are built right here in Salt Lake County, between Boeing’s Salt Lake City and West Jordan facilities.

Delta is already Salt Lake City’s largest carrier, and this move opens the door to even more international routes directly from Salt Lake City International Airport. Add in $430 million a year in Utah supplier contracts and an $18 million new cargo facility, and it’s clear Utah’s aerospace industry isn’t slowing down.

This is the kind of long-term economic momentum that shapes communities, and real estate markets, for decades.

Something big is happening near downtown Salt Lake City. 🇲🇽 Centro Civico Mexicano — the oldest Latino organization in Utah, founded in 1935 — is replacing its longtime home with El Centro, a $25 million community hub that will include childcare, a Head Start center, an art gallery, a black box theater, basketball courts, and more. This is exactly the kind of investment that makes Salt Lake City such a special place to live!

Construction is targeted for January 2028. To learn more or support the project, visit elcentroutah.org.

June is shaping up to be another active month across both Salt Lake City and Park City. In this month’s market update, I’m breaking down the latest numbers, what they mean for buyers and sellers, and why summer continues to be one of the strongest seasons to bring a home to market.

While every situation is unique, increased buyer activity, longer days, and strong curb appeal make this time of year an opportunity worth paying attention to. Whether you’re actively planning a move or simply keeping an eye on the market, understanding the trends can help you make more informed decisions.

If you’re curious about what today’s market means for your home or your next move, let’s connect!

A lot of buyers wait for the “perfect” moment to buy in Park City. The reality is that prices in this market have trended upward over time, especially in highly desirable luxury and lifestyle-driven areas.

That doesn’t mean you should rush into a purchase, but it does mean timing the market perfectly is rarely as easy as people hope. Often, the better question is whether the property, lifestyle, and long-term opportunity are the right fit for you when they become available.

In markets like Park City, waiting can sometimes cost more than acting strategically. If you’re thinking about buying in Park City and want to understand what today’s market could mean for your goals, let’s connect.

As Salt Lake City prepares for the 2034 Winter Olympics, conversations around infrastructure and transportation are starting to accelerate — including proposals for expanded passenger rail connecting Utah and Colorado ski destinations. 🚆🏔️

Advocates say projects like these could help reduce mountain traffic, improve resort access, and reshape long-term growth across Park City and the Wasatch Front. Whether the full vision becomes reality or not, the Olympics are already beginning to influence the future of the region in a major way.

These types of developments don’t just impact travel — they often shape real estate markets for decades. Curious what the 2034 Olympics could mean for property values in Park City or Salt Lake City? Let’s talk.

Kevin O’Leary just got approved to build a $100 billion AI data center campus in Box Elder County, Utah — and it may be one of the most significant projects in the state’s history.

The Stratos Project would cover roughly 40,000 acres and generate up to 9 gigawatts of power capacity. That is more than double what the entire state of Utah currently uses.

Supporters say it brings thousands of jobs and major economic investment. Critics are raising serious questions about water use, air quality, and environmental impact — especially given Utah’s already strained Great Salt Lake.

Erin, I truly appreciate this thoughtful review! You were wonderful to work with, and I’m so glad I could help make the process feel smooth and supported throughout every stage. Real estate is rarely just about the transaction itself, which is why I always try to stay a step ahead and be a resource even after the keys are handed over.

Thank you again for trusting me through such an important move!

Park City is adding one of its most unique trails yet, and it’s unlike anything else in the area. The Historic Mine Route is an approximately 8-mile hiking and biking loop coming to Park City, Utah in 2026, connecting some of the most significant silver mining landmarks in the region. Think Main Street, the Silver King Mine, Empire Canyon, historic cabins, and 11 interpretive stops along the way — all tied together with a guided GPS audio experience you follow at your own pace.

Whether you’re a Park City local, a frequent visitor, or someone who has always wanted to explore the history behind the mountains, this trail was made for you.
