Modern ADU | For Lease

Perfectly positioned between 9th & 9th, the Maven District, and Liberty Park, this modern ADU places you in the heart of some of Salt Lake City's most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods.

Years of thoughtful landscaping have transformed the surrounding yard into a lush retreat, where mature plantings wrap around the expansive deck and create a peaceful setting that feels worlds away from the neighborhood’s activity just beyond.

Inside, every square foot has been intentionally designed.

The open-concept floor plan creates a seamless flow through the kitchen and living area, maximizing both function and comfort. Beautiful wood accent walls bring warmth to the modern design, while an expansive wall of sliding glass doors stretches across the living space, allowing natural light to pour in and making the beautifully curated landscape feel like an extension of the home itself.

Shop Talk | Jane Philips

What’s your hope for the home environment that your pieces land in?

Jane answered: “Like your children, you hope that they’re loved for who they are. If this is the only piece that someone has that’s handmade, awesome! if it becomes a part of a collection, I love that too. I sometimes worry that because of the cost that they may not get used, my one hope is that they’re loved in a way that they’re used and they’re touched. These pieces are meant to be interacted with and loved.”

"We’re forever fans of KLIMA Architects, and love watching the evolution of their modern, epically-efficient designs. Today we bring you up to speed with Powder Haus, KLIMA Principal Chris Price’s family home- finished in 2024. High at the top of Summit Park, Powder Haus sits with vast mountain views. The corrugated steel exterior and its developing patina blend in beautifully with the natural environment.

Something KLIMA does best, is utilizing barebones functionality while somehow achieving luxury-level aesthetics. Steel is the most affordable, resilient, low-maintenance, and fire-resistant material for an exterior, and the outcome is somehow beautiful and soft in the environment." -cityhome Agent, Corigan Kushma, Corigan Kushma

Why we love Saratoga Springs

"From its early days as a resort town, Saratoga Springs, Utah continues to be an attractive city that combines daily living with recreation.

It’s a treat to have such a quiet and restorative launching place to access the tech and business regions in the valley. I personally favor the Saratoga Hot Springs (also known as Inlet Park Hot Springs). This geothermal treasure offers a scenic, all natural soaking experience, free to the public year-round. At the parking lot you’ll find restrooms and a 200 yard path to the water. The level path is half paved then half gravel until you reach the picturesque field.

You can’t help but exhale the stress away, surrounded by native plants and the songs of wild birds. Come during the winter and you’ll see the scene transform as steam rises from the spring surrounded by the valley’s snowcapped mountains." - Camlyn Giddins

Join us for the Open House.
Friday, August 7th 4:00-6:00

Finally. A brick two story home: tall ceilings, en suite bath, front porch swing, huge back decks, yard for days, and a garden with a cherry tomato on top.

This 2,822 square foot house was built in 1906, has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2 half baths. It was rebuilt from the studs for folks ready to move in and enjoy. The 2005 renovation included new plumbing, electrical systems, and windows. This was followed up in 2020 with a new furnace upstairs, new appliances, a tankless water heater, and front yard landscaping. The roof was replaced in 2022. Not to mention our personal favorites: the fireplace, the pocket doors, and the staircase banister, oh my! There is also an alley with plenty of space on the large lot to build a two car garage. The home has a private solar powered gate at the front for off street parking.

Whoever gets to live here is lucky. We aren’t just saying this because we represent this beautiful old house and our fantastic clients; we’ve spent time here, and we can’t say anything other than the truth. When you feel it, you can’t help but say it.

WE LOVE IT HERE.

"Being a real estate agent is a very interesting profession. Objectively, you are there to assist and provide professional advice to clients wanting to purchase or sell homes. Yet, I find myself connecting with people on a deeper level that goes beyond the surface of what I thought my job to be.

When I did the open house for our listing on Laird Ave., I was fortunate enough to meet the next-door neighbor, Nick. The conversation started as they all do, about the home.

Quickly, I found myself talking about our similar interest in cars." -

“As a previous home owner in the building for eight years I loved seeing these folks work. In the garden, on the HOA board and perhaps most importantly, with the neighbors, their families and other folks who also loved tending to the building. A glimpse inside their unit showed it was book-filled (it still is) and community-oriented.

And you can see the trees straight through the house from the elegant entrance. The corner units in this historic building are coveted (especially the tree-facing west side units). So are the ones with original wood. Not to mention this particular apartment also includes a deeded, covered garage parking space in the sunlit and awe-inspiring carriage house.” -codyvaughnderrick

"Our homes hold us. They support, shelter and restore us, and nothing could be more true of this residence located among the winding, tree-lined streets of Federal Heights.

There's a meditative quality, a tranquility felt the moment you arrive.

The landscaped garden and the stately façade, crowned by three gabled dormers, evokes the charm of English-inspired architecture while inside, thoughtfully proportioned spaces create a sense of warmth and elegance." -Brian Tripoli
