I like deals... i like to give deals too. Vic & I have another one of our Rentals up for rent right now and we are giving someone a deal. This entire house in Taylorsville is available at $2400 a month. Everything in the house was updated about 18 months back and its ready to go. My favorite part is the backyard. It backs up against one of the many irrigation canals that travers the west side so you don't have any backyard neighbors and you get ducks back there swimming & quacking 6-7 months out of the year.
