Acts of Kindness in Peachtree City!

Meet Kristen Moss, our incredible manager at The Retreat at Peachtree City Apartments. Just days before Holidays, she found more than 20 packages—destined for addresses all over Coweta County—left outside her leasing office.

Determined to help families who thought their holiday gifts were lost, she took to social media and tracked down the rightful owners, reuniting them with their packages.

Cottonwood Residential would like to take a moment to recognize Hector Sanchez. Hector is a Service Manager at Camelot, our property in Yuma, AZ. Hector joined Cottonwood Residential nearly 17 ½ years ago. When the company began managing Camelot, Hector was already working at the property and is now leaving after 30 years! Throughout the years, Hector has offered us tremendous experience, knowledge, and property history.

Hector, we extend to you our gratitude for the years you have given to Cottonwood along with the 30 years of showing up at the property - fully committed to the team and residents. Your hard work and loyalty are commendable, and we are thankful for your years of service with us.

We wish you in your retirement continued health, moments with those that you love, and fun adventures along the way.

We wanted to wrap up February with a final love letter from our very own Amber McCord, Assistant Manager at Cottonwood Ridgeview. Amber has been a part of our team for such a long time and we are happy to see her growth and celebrate her advancements! Read more about her experience below.
I absolutely love everything about my job and enjoy coming to work everyday. The amount of support and encouragement I have in this company is truly one of a kind. We are treated as family, not as employees. I started almost three years ago as a Customer Experience Specialist and I am now an Assistant Community Manager because my Community Manager, Holly, encouraged and mentored me to get where I am today. I look forward to many more years to come. I have found my "home at last" with Cottonwood Residential!
