Renters want to know what they can expect to pay each month.

Whenever possible, a flat monthly fee for utilities like water, sewer, and trash makes budgeting easier. Then the tenant only has to worry about putting gas and electric in their own name.

2. It’s overpriced.

An overpriced rental is often an instant pass.
