An awesome family gets to enjoy this gorgeous Murray backyard this summer. After online promotions, 150 flyers out to neighbors, two open houses including a fun Easter Egg event - This home received the best offer with a quick close just 3 days after being on the market. And guys what? The combo of all the marketing efforts paid off. The grandparents/friends saw my flyer, and the realtor and buyer’s saw it online which lead everyone to both open houses. Now it’s onward and upward toward closing!

This house was a FANTASTIC buy!!! We were so excited to help this buyer hit his January goal of home ownership in Salt Lake City. This cute home is minutes from Little Cottonwood Canyon that is home to and along with being right by a natural walking trail. It was such a great buy that we competed against 3 other offers and beat them out. I’m excited for the equity to grow with this home as we head toward the 2034 Winter Olympics. 🎿🏔️🚵‍♀️

Our cute South Salt Lake home is officially rented and that sure didn’t take long! 💫
I had to make some heartbreaking calls to quite a few people today among working to get it ready for our next sweet renters. 💕
We almost hired a property manager but being in the real estate industry and knowing what things are worth in addition to the extra charges a property manager charges, I couldn’t come to let myself pay that to another party unless they were giving top dollar and helping me avoid the headache. 🤯 … I get that everyone isn’t meant to be a landlord, but there are a lot of tools these days and I’m happy to be a resource to my clients and friends (although my specialty is real estate buying and selling of course). We got quoted to rent for $300-$400 less on top of management fees.. 🤯… that was a lot of money left on the table that extremely high level professionals, successful entrepreneurs, and even an Olympian was willing to pay to rent our home at the price I knew was accurate. At the end of the day, if there was still a major issue at our home, we’d be on the hook and driving over to deal with it. We’d rather put those funds getting it in tip top shape for our next renters and working toward some backyard improvements as we gear up for the upcoming winter Olympics.
Lesson learned: Always question things and ask around. I don’t mind when my clients do that as well. At this point I have great contractors, electricians and HVAC people that I know what’s normal and what’s a tad out of scope. Also having a good network goes an incredibly long way in the real estate industry.

Our cute home right by Nibley Park Golf Course is available for rent. Being back in this place while prepping it for tenants made me miss it so much! It’s such a functional, single level home in a fantastic location being only minutes from Sugar House, Liberty Park, Downtown Salt Lake and less than 15 minutes from the mouth of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon and the SLC Airport. Enjoy a turnkey 2 bed, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage with a fenced backyard. We would love to get tenants in there who loved it as much as our last ones did. I’m putting it out there to my facebook connections & friends. If you know a great person needing a safe space to call home this is it!
