There’s public and higher education, state and national parks, road improvements, rural infrastructure — those all need money, and we’re going to spend $600 million on a gondola that benefits two private ski resorts? That is a waste of taxpayer money and we should fund numerous, far more worthy projects,” said Osterloh.

As a Realtor in this great state, I truly believe Utah’s slogan, “Life Elevated.” And I am a proponent of reasonable and smart development in our state.

Our State is Beautiful. . . We have people moving here in droves because they have discovered our secret.

Little Cottonwood Canyon is my home, and one of Utah’s true gems.

I can’t stand by and let a proposed Gondola project take away the beauty and majesty of a canyon we all love.

A gondola is not the right solution for a few days of canyon congestion. Let’s do better, let’s be smarter, and let’s spend our tax dollars wisely.

I've been getting the word out about need to oppose this Little Cottonwood Gondola project because the window is closing to make your voice heard.

The decision is easy for me...I don't want my tax dollars to go toward a nearly $600 million dollar project that is really just an overblown, expensive, destructive "solution" for a small congestion problem ( i know because the congestion directly affects me each winter living in the canyon...but there are better solutions to try first).

It makes logical sense to throw some small solutions at a small problem, which tells me the Gondola is not meant to solve a problem...just promote a few special interests and crowd the mountain with tourists.

I've made it easy to voice your concern by putting all the info and links to comment in one place on my website. See pictures of the Godola , email elected officials automatically, and leave your comment before Sept. 3rd. Thanks for your help!

Another “Transformation Tuesday” post for you! It’s fun for me to look back and remember how this room looked when I first walked in 3 years ago! (**swipe to see before**)
I loved the size of this room, the view windows, and of course, the wood ceiling 😍.
Opening up the staircase with a new railing to the upstairs was what really made all the difference. I’ve still got a few finishing touches to add, but that’s the fun part 🤗. Older homes have so much potential just waiting to be unlocked 🏡
