I listed a different house in West Valley similar to this home just over a week ago and received 7 offers. 7!!!!

Other higher price points are taking longer to get sold. Rates have trickled down a little and we are all trying to figure it out. Some Sellers are frustrated, a lot of Buyers are frustrated.

Very few homes are flying off the shelves right now, but if you want a two car garage with a yard these days and you want to be in a single family home, put your gloves on and be ready to fight... Here is another quality property at a great price hitting the market tonight.

Oh and guess what, while you are "waiting" for the rates to come down and prices to come down and for your gas prices to come down and the one person you think can control everything in the world to become President, I just helped three Buyers get a 5% and a 5.5% 3o year fixed rate. I am excited to announce this FREE Class for the public and all of our Clients happening next Tuesday evening from 6:30pm-7:30pm. This class will be held at The Elysium Learning Center in South Jordan.

Helping our Young Adults avoid the pitfalls of DEBT in a very expensive world has become a personal mission for me. I see the devastation debt creates later in their lives every week when I meet with Clients if they get started down the wrong path early on.
