buying a home is just like dating. You may have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince. You'll know the right house when you see it and we'll open as many doors as you need. We believe in seeing new listings as soon as humanly possible - first right of refusal is always better than a day late or a dollar short. We believe that our reputation in the real estate community for professionalism and fair-dealing directly benefits our clients. Other agents look forward to showing our listings and receiving offers from our buyers. We believe in win-win solutions—our goal is to get to closing table with a happy buyer and a happy seller. We are not about 'crushing,' 'slaying', or 'making a killing.' This is about homes and communities where people raise their children and grow old in comfort. Which is not to say, as Winston Churchill did, that, “Diplomacy is the art of telling people to go to hell in such a way that they actually look forward to the trip.” Words to live by. We will never, ever, ever underestimate how emotional this process can be. Sometimes the best reason to have a real estate agent is so the buyer and seller don't have to speak to one another. We believe in living our lives and doing our work in such a way that if someone were to say something bad about us no one would believe it. Finally, we believe in listening to our clients.
