The Boyer Company is pleased to announce the completion of the new 71,359-square-foot building in the Boise Gateway Industrial Park. This building is the fourth building in the park welcoming OEG, Inc., one of the largest electrical subcontractor firms in the Pacific Northwest, occupying the entire building.
 
This latest building follows the January 2025 delivery of the 187,000-square-foot Boise Gateway #3 Building, which was customized to support the operations of DHL, a premier global logistics company.
 
The Boise Gateway Industrial Park now consists of four buildings totaling in excess of 685,000 square feet. All buildings are 100% leased. The Boyer Company is proceeding with plans to deliver an additional 1.3 million square feet of modern logistics space in the burgeoning Southeast Boise Market, which has seen continued growth anchored by the $30B Micron Technology semiconductor manufacturing plant expansion.

Today—adjacent to our 7-story housing project—was the groundbreaking of Millcreek City’s new world class skatepark, mini golf, splash park and community area. What an incredible effort by Millcreek City, Salt Lake County, the Federal Government and all of their community partners.

🎉✂️RIBBON CUTTING ✂️🎉The Refinery broke ground 2 weeks before COVID shut the world down. Finally, after working through the pandemic and various supply chain issues, our first tenants have moved into the building. Welcome to your new home, Tech Launch Arizona and UofA Office of Research, Innovation & Impact! It was a great event with Tucson Mayor Regina Romero and so many members of the University community. We appreciate the trust and confidence and has shown our company during the past 2 years. We value our ongoing relationship with all members of the University and Tucson communities.
