My incredible clients .timothy.372 and have been on a journey to find their dream home for months. Along the way, we applied for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors American Dream Grant—a quarterly $10,000 grant given to four lucky recipients to help with their first home purchase. 🥳

We applied twice while house hunting, but our name wasn’t called. Knowing today was our scheduled closing date and the exact day of the grant drawing, we decided to put their name in one final time. 🙌🏻

I strategically scheduled our closing for late this afternoon just in case lightning struck...⚡️

And guess what? THEY WON! 🥳 🎉

We were able to apply an extra $10,000 directly toward their new home right at the closing table.

Real estate isn’t just about unlocking doors; it’s about doing the research, paying attention to the details, and exhausting every single resource to help your clients win. 🏆

Grants like this are available across our community, but it takes a proactive approach to make sure no money or opportunity is left behind.
