Real estate is like dancing. Sometimes it’s slow, sometimes fast, sometimes it’s like a mosh pit, and other times it’s a graceful waltz. Often times during the transaction, the dance will be changed up and you have to learn to just go with the flow. Luckily I love to dance! I think every good event should end with a dance party! I’ve even told my kids I think my funeral should end in one. I got mixed reviews on that. Nothing brings a room together more than a solid dance party.
