Gary offers assistance in troubled properties, including short sales and bank-owned properties. Dan Nelson - Vice President / Associate - Agent: Dan has worked at Highland Commercial for 13 years, taking a break in 2005 to get his law degree. As an agent and office manager for Highland, he has helped clients buy and sell over $240 million in real estate, including development land, commercial/industrial properties, and farm/ranch land. Heidi Cutler - Commercial Loan Processor - Associate Agent: Heidi's experience with commercial leases and tenants has been essential to her role in the commercial financing process. Heidi has processed over $400 million in commercial loans, including loans on office buildings, regional malls, strip centers, and medical buildings. Mike Nelson - Associate Agent: Mike has 13 years of real estate experience representing clients in buying and selling office, retail, industrial, residential land, commercial land, farm/ranch land, and even a duck club property. Mike has helped numerous 1031 exchange buyers place money in a timely and wise manner. Colson Kramer - Associate Agent: Colson has been working for Highland Commercial since 2010.
