I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor in Utah for 19 years. They say if you love what you do for a living, you'll never work a day in your life! Well, I LOVE helping people find their dream homes and helping sellers get the very best price for their homes when they decide to sell. I am a dedicated, FULL TIME agent and take pride in making sure I am highly available for my clients. Buying or selling a home will probably be the biggest sales transaction in your life, so I make sure I am always kept up to date on current real estate issues that can affect your purchase or sale. In addition to having 18 years of experience helping people buy and sell homes, I have taken hundreds of hours of continuing education over the years to make sure I am highly prepared to represent my clients in the best way possible. I currently have three Realtor designations that required 120 class hours, including my GRI (Graduate of Realtor institute), My ABR ( Accredited Buyers Representative) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.) This new listing of mine went under contract in just five days! Yes, FIVE days. Rates have slowed the market a bit, but people are still buying. In fact, the market is really picking up. People are finally realizing rates aren’t going to dive anytime soon and the market isn’t going to crash. If you prepare the house to sell and price it just right, it will sell!

2023 was a challenging year, but 2024 is already looking better for buyers AND sellers. Mortgage rates have dropped, and the Fed could begin cutting short-term interest rates in the next few months. I’m not very good at posting fancy marketing videos (it took me like an hour just to add before and after text to these pictures 😅.) However, I am good at showing my sellers how to get the best return on investment for their homes they want to sell. Here is a home my contractor husband and I helped fix up in Payson for a seller this spring. Before the fixes, they were looking at a max of $375,000. After they agreed to the renovations (about $10,000 in material and labor costs) it sold in 1 day for $480,000. I have 20 years experience as a full-time Realtor and would love to help you or your referral get the most for your home when you decide to sell
