My average tenant in this place has stayed 4+ years... It is quiet and a wonderful house.
- 1200 square feet - 3 bedrooms (although one of those is actually the top level attic of the house which can fit a bed, couch, desk and more.
- Living room + 1950's kitchen. It will undergo a new paint job before you move in.
- Wood floors and tile through out the house, so there is not any yucky leftover's from the previous tenant. The wood floors will undergo a new seal job prior to you moving in!
- Last of all, there are plans to paint the outside of the house too. It includes a washer and dryer.
Massive yard. The house does have dog doors. So if you work a lot, this is this place for you.
Plenty of separate closet space, so don't fret! The place has a brand new water heater - new washer.
Ideal tenant profile: 2 year + lease RENTAL REFERRAL's - excellent referrals needed. Pet approval needed. GOOD credit

- Massive back yard shared - expectation of some yard work and someone who takes pride in the yard or you pay for yard work. Backyard is shared with very liberal minded folks. The yard is needing help right now.
Rent $1400 / pay 70% utilities REQUIRED TO HAVE RENTER'S INSURANCE Deposit $700 - more if you have pets- or monthly pet fee.
-No drama: This place is old, so there is an expectation you will need to do some of your own maintenance. For example, when there is a faucet leak, you will need to call the repair company and have it fixed on your own time. I have a company for you to call ALWAYS. Pet's can't ruin yard. Pet's that DIG or DESTROY lawns are not welcome unless you give a REALLY LARGE DEPOSIT.
There is one other person who lives on the property in a separate area, hence shared back yard and shared utilities. This also means pet poo must be picked up routinely.
