Woohoo!!! 🎉🏡 I’m so excited for my good friend and now client! He just went under contract on a beautiful new construction townhome in Sandy, UT! ✨

Woohoo!!! 🎉🏡 l’m so excited for my clients on the sale of their first home! They scored a ton of equity that they used to buy a larger home and to make some updates to the new home as well. ✨

These sellers are a prime example of how strategic staging when listing your home for sale can really pay off!!! ✨💰✨
