Super stoked to get the word out about my boy Justin Mancuso! This guy has been a huge help in my journey to get fit and get my body right.

I decided to get serious about fitness because ever since I was 16 I was ashamed to take off my shirt and never liked the way I looked in the mirror, so I decided to once and for all get rid of this demon that was on my shoulder. I got to say I am loving the results I have created for myself and couldn't of done it without the likes of Justin.
