Quartz is low-maintenance—but it isn’t impossible to damage.
The biggest cleaning mistake usually isn’t the spill itself. It’s attacking the spill with an abrasive pad, harsh chemical, or random DIY mixture before checking what the manufacturer recommends.
For everyday care, keep it simple:
• Mild dish soap
• Warm water
• A soft cloth
• A clean-water rinse
• Thorough drying
For anything more stubborn, check the care instructions for your specific quartz brand. Products that are safe for one manufacturer may be discouraged by another.
Save this for the next spill—or send it to someone with new quartz countertops.
