June was a really busy month!

1️⃣ I was named the #9 top producer out of 100 agents on our entire team servicing the Wasatch Front here in Utah for May!

2️⃣ My little sister finally got married in Iuka, Mississippi so we got the opportunity to fly back to TN to see family and join in the wedding fun 💒

3️⃣ 2 days after we got back home, our big baby Buster started acting funny and not feeling well. Long story short, after multiple vet visits over multiple days, we discovered he was really sick and the outlook was grim. Although it broke our hearts, we had to say goodbye to our goofy buddy who had been with us our entire marriage.

4️⃣ 1 week later I turned a year older. It had been a rough few days since Buster, so I joined 17 of my coworkers (who are also great friends) to go on a morning birthday hike to a waterfall 🌄 followed up with birthday sushi 🍣

5️⃣ I got to sit in some incredible trainings on how to continue becoming the very best realtor for my clients and how to set myself apart from other agents with my professionalism and expertise.

6️⃣ A late birthday lunch with some wonderful friends and some stellar pizza 🍕🥳

This was one of the smoothest and most fun transactions I’ve had in 6 years!! 🤠 A friend/client who I helped purchase a home last year, reached out saying his cousins had just relocated to Utah from the East Coast and were looking to buy their VERY FIRST HOME EVER. 🏡 We were able to locate the perfect home in Centerville and beat multiple other offers while still securing the home for a great price! 💸 Not to mention, they were able to break their lease WAY easier than they initially thought 🤑 What they expected to take several months, only ended up being a process of a few weeks, and now they have the keys to their first big life goal! 🤩🙌🏼

This one was a journey! 🤠
My friend reached out with an unexpected job change and needed to relocate out of state pretty immediately. We were able to get his home ready for listing in a matter of a few days and got it on the market ASAP at a really competitive price.
Within the first 24 hours, we already started receiving offers 🤯 After hosting a mega open house and negotiating with buyers, we got the home under contract within only 4 days of listing it! 🤩 (And did I mention it was for $30,000 OVER asking price??? 😦)
We were able to navigate through a few hiccups here and there after some unexpected circumstances but a great agent knows how to take it all in stride and get you to the closing table! 💰
