There is a Four Seasons meeting tomorrow. At 7pm. Oct. 1
Not certain if this is a "board meeting" or a "Residential meeting."
Personally I recommend any owners or owner residence attend.

06/25/2020

The annual meeting was cancelled due to covid, as most of you know, but it is rumored that another meeting (probably monthly) WAS held, despite letting the owners & residence know that meetings had resumed. In this meeting it is rumored that a vote to tear down the parking stalls and storage was made and passed.
-As many of you know the CC&R's which Steve holds over people as the rule-book for our complex are outdated, and in some places "with error" and hence "illegal to abide by." I know this as I filed suit against the HOA which is stated in the CC&R's as "able to sue and be sued" yet there exists a mirrored entity to the Four Seasons, which Steve and I believe 3 other cohorts operate for profit and with the aim to buy out all the owners, control voting rights and attempt or actually subjugate the rights/property rights of new and long time owners in this complex.
-I (Mike Fahl in unit 96) intend to file an injunction against the removal of our parking & storage units, lest exact sqft of storage is supplied to each owner. I plan to file a greater lawsuit beyond the injunction, due to lack of proper maintenance, lack of proper property insurance, the supplanting of commons area access to the main building, which was replaced for a storage area for Steve(business) to place appliances in for his own benefit.
-in any case, when I first moved into Four Seasons, there existed a swimming pool, a hot tub, a "Gathering room" for parties, Basketball backboards and backdrops, full unincumbered access to parking, Steve has taken all of this away, left lights and dividing boards and other fixtures un-repaired. Steve has also done much to improve the complex with regards to run-off water/drainage and did get the roofs replaced.
-Nonetheless, I intend to file a lawsuit against steve and steve's companies and the HOA such that the CC&R's are updated, made legal, with requests that HOA payments be made by other payment means, that email communication is sent out monthly about meetings, concerns, votes, etc. and unlike the last lawsuit where I did not ask for money, just a parking injunction, I will be asking for value of loss to my property over the years, costs for my filing efforts and time when arguing for how the illegal aspects of the CC&R's to be rewritten/edited. I may also ask for civil reimbursement against Steve for his personal ongoing attempts to subvert the integrity of the CC&R's and Utah Legal code in order run this condominium complex in a unilateral manner, which directly interferes with the rights, property rights, ownership, and well being of the other unit owners and owner-occupants within the community.
-if you read this, are an owner or stand in for an owner, and have a specific grievance please, come by my place, comment below this post, or send me a direct message, so that I can take your statement as an affidavit of your word/grievance.
(P.S. Steve makes around 22k per year to manage this complex, which way exceeds a previous offer I had gotten for 14k. Yet Steve is after the money solely and gives little care to the well being of the community, the complex and the tenants. Because Steve and the voting block are able and have maintained this valuation for his services, I may include a general reimbursement to the treasury and Steve's resignation from the position. I may also sue to have the for profit corp run by Steve and 3 others disbanded from the controlling interest of this complex, pointing out the voting and money laundering-esque aspects to their racket. These are just ideas, but have possible application. Please let me know your thoughts)

A notice just went up today (Feb, 26th 2020) mentioning that residence on the bottom ground floor may only have two chairs outside of their residence and that no chairs can be on the top balcony floors. There are flyers hung up today.
We recently had the quarterly pest control service come by.
I was wondering about if the Lights on the west end, the basketball back board , and the stairs to balcony connection can be mended in the F building.
These concerns were mentioned briefly to Steve's other son today. I also mentioned that perhpas wooden beams could be placed under some of the balconies to offset the wear and tear of the balconies, which will eventually need to be rebuilt, due to their slowly crumbling. (this page Is not run by management of the Four Seasons, although it should be accessed and have all posts made to it by management and have all residence, rents and owners by able to post and comment onto the page. . I am a resident owner of the four seasons)

Today I received in the mail (as an owner/resident) a confirmation letter, confirming that the parking arrangement has passed through the homeowner's vote 8 to 1.
It goes into effect August 1st.
[Although the Hanging Tag will be sold for $50, and although Steve Edwards went against his promise to vote in favor of this proposal.... non the less it passed]
FINALLY, WE OWNER/RESIDENCE FINALLY GET ACCESS TO THE PARKING PROPERTY WHICH WE ALREADY OWN.

05/14/2019

Tonight Monday May 13th we had the annual Home Owners meeting. -The only proposal which was offically voted on was concerning parking. With an 8 to 1 vote the following are to be implemented (I believe at the end of July 2019)
-All owners who own their covered parking may park ANY vehicle in their covered parking space. As long as the vehicle is registered and functional it will not have an issue. Any owner who wishes to call a tow truck for a vehicle which they did not permit to park in their spot is able to do so.
-Uncovered Parking: Each Unit owner receives a Hanging Permit, for the cost of $50, which MUST be in hanging from their mirror or easily visible in the front window.
That is a possible 96 parking passes distributed for 48 parking spaces. Any car with a permit has the right to find an uncovered parking spot. If a permitted car cannot find a parking spot, they MUST park off the complex property.
-Management has the right to implement a time as small as 24 hours in which any car with a permit MUST move their car. (I personally think a car should be able to remain parking in the same uncovered parking spot for 48-72 hours). The management may reasonably issue a permit to individual owners whose Covered Parking is unreasonable flooded with water or some hazard which keeps them from being able to park there.

There exists a lawsuit against the Four Season Village Condominiums case #180906938 concerning 1.1% sale/rental of Commons Area Parking owned by each owner of a Unit in the FSVC complex. As well as the parking rule implemented last May.
