This is a great condo in a really convenient spot near Forest Dale Golf Course, the Brickyard, and everything Sugar House has going on. Updated kitchen and baths, easy layout, and a quiet community that made it feel tucked away while still close to everything.

Really happy for these buyers to get settled into their new home at 5108 N Stratford Dr in Stansbury Park.

One thing they mentioned afterward was that they never felt rushed or pushed into a decision, and honestly, that’s always the goal. Buying a home is a big deal, and I’d rather help people take the time to find the right fit than force something that doesn’t make sense.

Took the family to a Cosmic Baseball game the other night.

Played under black lights with glow-in-the-dark everything, definitely not your typical baseball game. The kids thought it was pretty great.

There are a lot of misconceptions around home loans.

One of the biggest ones is that you need 20% down to buy a home. That’s not necessarily the case, there are a lot of other options depending on your situation.

It’s easy to get pulled in a lot of different directions, but the right home usually comes down to how it works day to day and whether it makes sense long term.

That’s the part I try to help with, looking at it from a practical standpoint and sorting through what’s actually worth pursuing.

Out touring two homes in Tooele County the other day.

One had a full set of mid-century modern furniture, the other had goats out back.
