I am excited to share a special closing in my own neighborhood, the Green River Cove. I represented both the buyer and the seller on this beautiful lot, and it feels meaningful on many levels.

I met the sellers just after Hurricane Helene when we were all checking on one another and grateful to have made it through. We connected over our shared love for this place.
