Brent Bourdeau - Highlands Residential Mortgage

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Brent Bourdeau by Nicholas K - I was introduced to Brent thru our listing agent, Courtnie Williams. I never knew this would be the most well supported and satisfying mortgage experience I would ever have. I've had 6 prior mortgages.
Brent is extremely warm and welcoming without pretentiousness; he is genuinely a nice man. He's honest, sincere and absolutely selfless when it comes to his clients.
On 2 occasions he stayed late so I could make it to the office to put papers together. On one occasion he even came back to the office from his home so I could get what he needed for the loan file in a timely manner.
He made the process easy by remaining supportive and optimistic;
He held me together when I was near collapse and saw the whole thing through to finish the line.
His staff, Lisa is most knowledgeable and supportive as well. We closed on time without a glitch.
I highly recommend Brent Bourdou for anyone's mortgage or refinance needs.
I found the best for life.
Thanks Brent

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Brent Bourdeau by Lisa M G - Brent is great! Many in his position are simply "transactional" But Brent values and nurtures each relationship. I appreciate the way he uses his wealth of experience and knowledge to counsel and educate each of my clients

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Brent Bourdeau by Clint W - This was our second time using Brent as a loan officer - his service is unmatched. One phone call and he laid out 3 or 4 different scenarios for us and helped guide us through what makes the most sense financially in the long term . He really goes the extra mile and cares for his clients . Can't recommend him enough .

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Brent Bourdeau by Christine S - Brent was always willing to answer our questions and take time to explain things to us. This was our first time refinancing and due to the market we had to act quickly. Brent was very patient as we stumbled our way through always willing to revisit anything we did not understand. We felt reassured that Brent always had things under control despite our unfimiliarity with the process.
