2,000 of you. 🥹

That number still feels a little strange to me.
When I started this page, I honestly didn’t know what it was going to become. I just knew I had a lot of things I wanted to talk about, and a lot of things I was still trying to figure out myself.

I’ve been an architect for most of my adult life. Then I moved countries. Real estate happened. Investing happened. And now, somehow, I’m here making Reels and talking to people on the internet. 😂

I’ve started over more than once.
And the funny thing is, I don’t think I’m done starting over.

Yes, there will be money and real estate and building wealth.
But there will also be the messy middle. The things I’m learning. The things that don’t work. The things I’m still figuring out.

Can I be honest with you? I used to avoid the whole investing conversation because I thought it was for people who already had money figured out.
But when I actually started learning,I realized I had been making it so much harder than it needed to be.
Seriously!!

The hardest part isn’t the setup. It’s starting. And staying consistent when nothing feels like it’s happening because compounding is slow and then suddenly it isn’t.
Real estate gave me my biggest wealth building moves. But investing runs alongside it. They work together. One builds equity. The other builds a portfolio. You need both.

Start where you are. Start with what you have.

These only apply if you itemize instead of taking the standard deduction. Run the numbers with your CPA not your agent. Don’t leave this on the table.

Owning a home in America comes with tax benefits most people never fully use because nobody explains them clearly.

These aren’t loopholes. They’re written into the tax code specifically for homeowners. But they only work if you know about them and only if you itemize instead of taking the standard deduction.

And if you’re still on the fence about buying this is part of why real estate remains one of the most powerful wealth building tools available in this country.

I came to the US with one identity. Architect. That felt certain for a long time. And then it didn’t. So I followed the pull into real estate, into investing, into learning about money in ways nobody in my family ever talked about. And somewhere in all of that, I started to realize that the restlessness wasn’t a problem. It was the whole point.
Every career shift I’ve made has compounded. The way I look at a home as an architect made me a better agent. The way I think as an agent made me a smarter investor. And now, sharing all of it in real time, out loud feels like the most natural next step I’ve ever taken.
I am not here because I have it all figured out. I’m here because I’m figuring it out, and I want you to see what that actually looks like.
