Did you hear the news? City of San Angelo, Texas – City Government received an $18.7m million grant from a TXDOT administered program! The accomplishment was 1 of 87 projects awarded among other cities with populations of 200,000+ and the 2nd highest award amount.

The Community Accessibility and Connectivity Program will bring about pedestrian and bike related improvements to a large area of San Angelo. We're please about the project because this grant will help complete the Chadbourne Streetscape Project from Chadbourne & Beauregard to 6th Street!! 👏👏👏

Dear 3zero2 Residents,
Due to the upcoming cold temperatures, your pipes could freeze. Here are some helpful measures you can take to prevent freezing.
• Leave a warm trickle of water running from your faucet
• Leave the cabinet door open at each sink to allow warm air to flow in and prevent any freezing
• Turn heat on above 60

We winterized the exterior faucets today in preparation for the freeze, but please help us keep on eye them and contact us if you see anything unusual! Thank you!

We are so grateful for our freedom and the courage of those who fight for it every single day. 3zero2 River Walk values each of our military residents and we salute you for your tireless work and time away from family to protect our freedoms. Finishing up some landscaping projects at 3zero2. Building two is receiving cedar privacy fences around their patios, new rock is going in and synthetic grass is being added to the flowerbeds and dog park! We have one bottom floor apartment available that will receive a beautiful new privacy fence this week. Message us if you would like to tour our new, fully renovated apartment homes.
