📊 San Angelo’s July housing numbers are in!

The biggest takeaway? The market is shifting, but buyers are still buying. 🏡

We saw more homes available in July, with active listings up 8.4% compared to last year. The median price came in at $247,500, down just 2.2%, while closed sales dipped 3.3%.

But here’s an interesting part of the report: homes that sold actually moved through the process 7 days faster than they did last July. 👀

So what does that mean?

🏡 For buyers: More inventory means more choices and potentially a little more room to negotiate.

🔑 For sellers: Buyers are still out there, but with more homes competing for their attention, pricing and presentation matter.
