-- here is my after the sell story.

One of the most important things I try to do for my clients is 5 star service. ( going the extra mile ) With more 40 years of selling real estate in San Angelo area I want my clients to be my clients for life. So I not only offer service before the sell - I also offer service after the sell. I stay in touch with my past clients so they know that if they need information about home repair items ( a/c company, plumber, handyman etc. ) they can call me and I can give the names of companies that I use so they know that the work will be done right. A lot of times out of town buyers call me asking about local stores, restaurant’s, cleaners, auto repair etc.)

I also answer questions from them about the real estate market in San Angelo & what’s happing in the financing ( if they need to re-finance their property or not ) should they add on to their home and will that help them on re-sell or not.

I also let my clients know that when they buy or sell a property with me, this is allowing me to donate to the local food bank & boys ranch and this means they are helping with these non- profits also.
