This is basically a peek into my brain, some of it’s San Angelo mom life stuff, some of it’s just random personal opinions, and a couple are real estate truths I wish more people knew before they ever start the process.

That mix is my whole account in a nutshell. I use Instagram to show you the local spots, the behind the scenes of being an agent, and the pieces of buying or selling that I want you to know so you’re not stressed out mid-contract.

But Instagram is really just the trailer. My email list is where the full stories live, the real behind the scenes, plus the real estate info that’s too detailed to fit on a sticky note.

🏡 NEW HOMEOWNERS ALERT: The Theobalds!

Meet baby Eloise, celebrating her family’s very first home in her own way. Huge congrats to the Theobalds on closing on their brand new construction home. Eloise and her big brother Kade now have a whole new house to grow into.

Watching first-time buyers get their keys never gets old, especially when the littlest family member is just as excited (or at least just as photogenic).
