WOW…..as you can see this market is still crazy. Prices are still going up and inventory is hugeeeeee! My advice is go in on your offers at about 90-95% of asking price and ask for a good bit of closing costs to help buy down points to get that rate down. Houses are not selling! If you get someone making an offer on your home it’s best to try and work it out. Your home is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Here’s an update for my realtor Friends. Brian Buffini predicts that 60% of all agents will be working for independent/boutique brokerages in two years. He also predicts there will be 400,000 fewer agents. He says the days of 70/30, 80/20 splits are coming to an end.
