🏡 CLOSED & HOME SWEET HOME! 🔑❤️
A little over a month ago, these clients reached out to me ready to start the journey of finding a new home for their family. We went house hunting, found the one they loved, got it under contract — and today, they officially get to call it HOME! 🥹🏡
One of the best parts of this transaction was how smoothly everything came together, and that’s a testament to the incredible people working behind the scenes.
A HUGE shoutout to Kaytlin Jowers Collins with NEO Home Loans. Kaytlin truly went above and beyond for my clients — working well past normal business hours, answering questions, hunting down every opportunity and program available, and making sure we explored every option that could benefit them. Having a lender who is willing to put in that kind of work can make ALL the difference in a transaction!
Once we were under contract, Steven Wilha with Best in the West took care of a comprehensive home AND termite inspection, making sure my buyers knew exactly what they were walking into before closing.
