We are looking for a Leasing and Sales Agent to present and lease, purchase, and sell properties to prospective renters and buyers. The goal is to find new tenants, buyers, and management clients and provide excellent service to all.
Responsibilities
Leasing:
Monitor new tenant leads in our lead management software and reach out to prospects to assess needs and assist with showing set up
Facilitate application submissions and review processed applications
Execute new leases for tenants and manage move-in processes
Follow up after move-in for feedback and service
Manage lease renewals processes including inspections, lease renewals, and market analysis to assess rent increases
Sales:
Prospect tenant and buyer leads to offer iRent Home Buyer Program
Assist buyers in mortgage qualifications
Consult with buyers on needs/wants on new houses and compile list of possible homes to view
Navigate home buying process to achieve successful closing
Follow up after sale to get feedback and referrals
Work with current management clients to find and buy new investment properties
Market sell properties for current clients
Business Development:
Network and prospect for new property management clients
Create proposals and market analysis for potential clients
Skills
Texas Real Estate License required (we can provide resources on attaining licensing if necessary)
Proven working experience sales and customer service
Working knowledge of real estate and leasing practices preferred
Proven track of successful sales record
Ability to learn utilize PC and mobile software quickly
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
Customer service orientation
Highly organized
This position is for closers. We need someone who will get out and pound the pavement, dial for dollars, and close the deals. We will provide a small base but mostly this position is commission based
