Aloha 🌺 from Hawaii!
The family took on a 9-mile adventure along the breathtaking Nā Pali Coast — where after the first 1.5 miles, the only reminder of civilization was a tiny helicopter landing pad tucked into paradise.

Some of the most stunning views imaginable… endless emerald cliffs, crashing blue waves, muddy shoes, slippery rocks, sore legs, and hearts completely full. 🌊⛰️🥾

There’s something incredibly humbling about being surrounded by so much untouched beauty and truly feeling the “mana” of the island. A reminder that sometimes the greatest luxuries in life are found in the presence of family, laughter, adventure, and moments that make you feel wonderfully small in this giant, beautiful world — the very moments that remind us why we do what we do.

The memories made are truly priceless❤️🌺

Five days. 233 units. 19 people aligned.

In the middle of our third property management transition—supporting 300+ project investors and 97 personal investors—the focus stayed simple: protect the asset, support the people, and execute.

When responsibility is this real, sometimes you step beyond your role. Not for recognition—for results!!!🎯

Being on-site mattered. It allowed us to support the team, set goals for stabilizing operations, get back on track with the VISION ✅ and show up for the residents and investors who are counting on us.🙏

We’re walking the asset, checking cap-ex items, completing our physical financial audit, and making sure everything looks amazing for our incredible residents. Just 3 months in, and this property is right on track—exactly how we like our assets… performing and producing that Mooo’la 💰🐮

Huge shoutout to our team, our residents, Claudia on-site, and our property management team for doing such an outstanding job. It truly takes a village to create a thriving community, and this one is shining bright.

When my kids were little, I made a quiet decision: I never wanted them sitting in a seminar someday repeating the phrase my parents said, “money doesn’t grow on trees.”
I wanted a shift in mindset.

So when my daughter was about six and my son eight, I created a Money Tree in our home.
At the time, life was stable—however let’s be honest, the money hadn’t quite grown yet. It was still in its incubation period. 😉

To this day, my kids and I still laugh about that Money Tree—and the lesson stuck.

Because here’s the truth:
What you plant today—your thoughts, beliefs, habits, and actions—will flourish tomorrow if you tend it with intention, love, and consistency.

And yes… you can have your own Money Tree too. 🌳💰
