Monroe has over a decade of experience running a business. He has personal experience in home renovation that encompasses but isn’t limited to, kitchen, bathroom, drywall, trim work, and plumbing. Monroe says, “I love to rebuild and create things that will last. I love working with my hands and acquiring new skills.” Monroe is a motivated learner! He wants to learn trades that will be beneficial and necessary no matter the world to come. Monroe is a God-fearing, family man. When asked about this new opportunity, he says, “Moreover, it will provide flexibility to be more present for my wife and children and I firmly believe I can better glorify God by starting a new carreer that I can also teach my sons and give them a solid foundation for meaningful work….We are hoping to gain the skills to have a more independent lifestyle filled with meaningful hard work.”
