3118 Palo Duro here… and what a beautiful chapter it has been🏡❤️

My halls were filled with the sound of kids running through them, laughter in every room, and the kind of hustle and bustle that made me feel truly alive. I’ve seen busy mornings, family dinners, celebrations, and so many everyday moments that became treasured memories.

The pool was always full of fun sunny afternoons, splashing kids, and gatherings with friends under the Texas sky.

It’s hard to say goodbye to a family who loved me so well, but I’m so excited for their next chapter, and I know my new owners will take great care of me too!

Thank you to this sweet family for making me more than just a house… you made me a home. ✨

These notices show your current property value along with your estimated 2026 property taxes.

DON'T just file it away without looking at it! If the value listed feels higher than what your home would realistically sell for in today’s market, you may want to consider protesting your taxes. A lower assessed value could mean lower taxes.

⏰ Important deadline: You MUST file your protest by MAY 15th!!!

The good news: values seem to be staying fairly stable this year for many homeowners.

In a former life, I got to teach some amazing kids. I LOVE when I’m blessed to be part of their lives again, this time helping them buy and sell homes. Watching life come full circle is such an honor! ❤️
This sweet family knew exactly what they wanted: more room to grow, both inside and out. They kept their home in perfect condition and tackled every suggestion with such a great attitude. Because of their effort, teamwork, and willingness to go the extra mile, we were able to get their home sold quickly.
