Merry Christmas to my buyers!!

I received a referral from an agent in Omaha, her friends daughter is moving to San Angelo and needs a property for her horses. Client came to town and we did some power hunting but came up empty handed. She kept going back to this house, but at the time it wasn't accepting a VA or FHA buyer... Because it was a mobile home, there was a possibility it would not work. Well guess what, I dug in with both heels and did all the groundwork to ensure it would pass VA. Made contact with a company to do the retrofit needed, ensured the lender had all the supporting documentation needed and we closed this week!! My buyers are ecstatic!
