Just closed ✨ Buyers snagged up a great off market listing in San Anselmo. They tried to sell this home back in 2022 with a listing price of $1,550,000. With no luck, I reached out and was able to get my buyers in to take a look. With strong negotiations, I was able to get them this house for $1,040,000.
