Well, this is new. 😀
After 25 years of selling real estate the old fashioned way with phone calls, handshakes, showing up … my kids have finally convinced me that showing up online counts too.

So here we are.
I’ve started a new account where I’ll be sharing what I know: Marin neighborhoods, off market opportunities, the real story behind some of my favorite transactions, and the occasional Phoenix Lake sunrise that makes me grateful I never left.

No fluff. No dancing. Just honest Marin real estate from someone who has lived it for a long time.
