Our clients started this journey while living in Houston, making countless trips back and forth to San Antonio to tour homes while also navigating the sale of their own home. Their Houston home went under contract quickly, but instead of rushing into the next purchase, they made the decision to rent for 6 months so they could really take their time and find the perfect fit.
That extra time made all the difference. We were able to focus on what mattered most — the right neighborhood, the functionality and size of the home, and making sure the commute to work made sense for their day-to-day life.
After patience, persistence, and a lot of searching, we found the one. 🙌 Not only did they find a home they absolutely love, but we were also able to negotiate $15,000 off the purchase price PLUS an additional $5,000 toward repairs.

Some stories are worth the wait. 🏡✨

Two years ago, we first connected with these amazing clients as they started dreaming about their future home together. At the time, they knew they were a little early in the process because they still had a wedding ahead of them — but they wanted to start planning for the future they were building together. Fast forward through “I do,” and last month they officially got pre-approved and found THE home they knew was meant to be theirs. ❤️
This transaction was also a reminder of why choosing the right lender matters so much. While shopping around, they experienced firsthand how difficult communication and lack of responsiveness can add stress during such an important time. They ultimately came back to work with a lender we know and trust, and from there everything moved forward smoothly so we could secure the home they loved.
Not only were we able to help negotiate $12,500 in seller concessions toward their closing costs, but we also worked closely with the title company to have the existing survey approved despite additions made to the property — saving them even more money along the way.
