What a journey this has been for my sweet buyers. 🥹

Back in February, we went under contract on their very first home. After months of doing everything possible to get that deal to the finish line, the sellers unfortunately went into foreclosure and my clients had to start their search over.

In July, we found another home. After doing the inspection, my buyers trusted their gut and made the tough call to walk away.

And now, here we are today. THIRD TIME REALLY IS THE CHARM ✨. They closed on a beautiful home that truly feels right, and I could not be more thankful for their patience, trust, and perseverance through every step of this process. 🏡💛

I listed this home on July 1st, and we closed on August 4th! That’s just 35 days total on the market and we sold for OVER list price 🙌.

That’s pretty wild in this market! 🙏

But honestly, what meant the most to me was getting to help my extended family with this sale. When the people who’ve known you your whole life choose you to guide them through something this big... it just feels even more special!
