This was such a special property to represent. From helping my sellers prepare their home, staging it, marketing it, negotiating on their behalf, and guiding them all the way to the closing table, I’m so thankful they trusted me throughout the entire process.

There’s nothing better than seeing that SOLD sign and knowing we accomplished exactly what we set out to do! 🙌🏼

Congratulations to my honorable Veteran client and his wonderful family on closing today and officially starting the journey to their brand new custom home! 🏡🇺🇸

This one is extra exciting because they had ALL of their closing costs covered and brought $0.00 to the closing table by utilizing the VA loan benefit he earned through his service to our country! 🇺🇸🙌🏼 This is a TRUE custom build, including their land, all being financed together under ONE loan!

It has truly been an honor representing this amazing family and helping them get to this point. ❤️
