About this time last year, we started looking for a house cleaning service here in New Braunfels. I don't know about you, but I've found that the older I get, the more I realize time is the thing you can't make more of! So, I really appreciate those folks in my life who help me save more time out of my day so I can spend it doing the things that matter the most. Folks like Erika.

Now, I can worry about what movie I'm gonna watch with my grandson, Luke, this weekend instead of cleaning my baseboards. And I can get excited about inviting friends over for dinner without worrying about whether I vacuumed the dog fur out of that pesky corner.

Otis & I do a pretty good job keeping the house tidy on a day-to-day basis, but man are we glad we found Erika's Home Cleaning Service! She takes care of the major things we can't get to throughout the week. But she's totally prepared and ready to jump in with all the little things, too, if we don't have time to do them! Like folding laundry or putting the dishes away!

I can't recommend Erika & her team highly enough! They are trustworthy, reliable, & do a great job. My favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys, lost their QB early in the season and they made backup, Cooper Rush, the starter. It got me thinking - if you're a quarterback who is a journey man of five years and had never really been looked at to start, you don't really get the chance to become great at the game. Cooper only had one start under his belt prior to this year.. In contrast, Tom Brady has started almost 310 games in the last 22 years! Sure, lots of people are born with talent, but practice and experience will harness it into excellence.

Obviously, I'll never be a starting QB in the NFL, but I am a full-time realtor. I've had the honor of helping 15-20 families every year for several years.

The truth is sadly, just like football quarterbacks, most realtors only do 3-5 deals per year. 85% quit in under 5 years.

Whether you're a football team trying to win a championship or a family looking to make one of the biggest purchases of your life, you need a starter. Especially with how fast changing the NE San Antonio market has been.

I can promise you, you will have a better experience when you work with someone who has dedicated themselves to developing local knowledge, skillset, and passion for helping folks find the right home.

There are thousands of agents in San Antonio and ultimately, you don't have to work with me. I just want people to find the perfect home for their family. If you work with someone else, that's super cool. Choose who you feel comfortable with.

Back in 2020 when the world came to a stop, a local "foodie" named Phillip here in San Antonio started something new -- he took on a challenge with his friends to see who could make the BEST chicken sandwich.

Fast forward nearly 2 years, Phillip & his family obviously won the contest! What started as a neighborhood craze with friends & family turned into a genuine brick & mortar business called Krazy Katsu!

Otis & I stopped by last week for lunch -- we were blown away by their delicious sandwiches! Not only is the chicken as big as your face...but it's cooked with a unique, Asian inspired recipe.

This will absolutely become one of our "go-to" spots in town!

Best of all, when you enjoy a meal at Krazy Katsu, you're supporting a locally owned, family business! What could be better than that?!
