HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Tami on her new home purchase! 🎉🔑✅🏡
Down payment was fully covered, all she had to do was give 750 dollars earnest money, which is given back upon closing!
She is now apart of a beautiful solar community located in New Braunfels which means lower electric bills! She originally told me she was looking for an apartments in the 1450 monthly range, I found her a brand new solar home for under 1300 monthly! Plus I’m taking care of her movers! 😳🎉👍🏽🏡
