Another day in the books and another day closer to my goal of buying #💯houses!!

Despite what you hear on the news or from others (depending on who you follow); the San Antonio market is still hot.

I wasn’t able to pick this deal up because it’s comped too high than the actual value and the rehab is higher than what’s being advertised and the asking price was about $20k higher than I was willing to pay.

The wholesaler still got a good price for it from another buyer and that’s great!

For me, I have a strategy and I know my numbers.

It’s easy to get caught up and buy emotionally but that’s where most investors get themselves in trouble.

When buying real estate as an investment, it’s important to have a plan and a strategy and even more important to stick to it. Do not buy just to buy.

Think in terms of abundance and have full faith that the next great deal is coming your way. Be patient and create a daily action plan.

My daily actions for buying property:

- analyze three properties a day
- make 3 offers a day

That’s it!

With consistency, the compound effect will build momentum and having and writing down a big goal will take care of the rest!

Side note - today was “smooothie Friday” and I’m happy and grateful to have picked up my son Lucas and spend some time with him. He’s my WHY!
